Hi, I'm Laurie.
I lead engineering teams, lift heavy things, spend far too much time thinking about Warhammer, travel whenever I get the chance, and spend time outdoors with a dog who's considerably more photogenic than I am and thinks every walk is a multi-day expedition. His name is Cola. He's in charge.
Fitness
Strongman, CrossFit, mountain biking, trying to learn to ski, and generally picking up things that are unnecessarily heavy.
See what I'm lifting →Professional
Engineering leadership, Platform Engineering, cloud, security, AI and the slightly unusual route I took getting here.
See my work →Nerd Stuff
Warhammer, tabletop RPGs, campaign building and other things that have a tendency to become significantly more elaborate than originally intended.

Told you he was photogenic.
